Abstract:

This article is devoted to genetic systems which belong to mitochondria and plastids. The article presents information on genetic systems in general, the main principles of their work and current inheritance mechanisms. The main purpose of the article is to collect information on genetic systems of mitochondria and plastids as a whole and to identify their features.
