Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to define some ways of health preservation from nitrates harmful effect containing in food of vegetable and animal origin. Offered ways for health preservation from nitrates harmful effects give the chance to exclude low-quality products from food and to protect the health from influence of dangerous connections leading to stomach cancer.
