Abstract:The methodology of building a lexicon for sentiment analysis is considered. Special attention is paid to the problems of building such a lexicon. Some ways of solving these problems and optimizing time-consuming procedures are suggested. The attempt to build a lexicon for estimating the quality of bank service (from www.banki.ru) is given as an example.
